German Chocolate Icing,This is a recipe from my mom and the cake has always been a real hit when I make it. I do double this when I make it as I like a lot of icing on my cake.,It is delicious and not hard at all. I also double my recipe. I made it for my son for his Birthday and this is his favorite. Thanks.,This is such a great recipe! I followed it just as directed and it turned out so great. Used it for chocolate cupcakes and they were a hit!
