German Cucumber Salad,Posted for World Tour 2,I didn’t add a whole small onion, I only added a few slices of one; I am not a fan of raw onions.,This is so good. I would eat the sauce like a soup. Just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. I will eat this as a side to a steak, as an open faced sandwich on a crusty piece of sourdough, or a piece of toasted french bread with a smear of goat cheese.
