German Curry Sauce for Wurst,Great recipe but after you’ve heated the ketchup add 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda. This will immediately foam up a lot but stir continuously until it stops foaming, then add the curry powder and 1 – 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika and a tablespoon or 2 of water. Stir for a few minutes then simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes. (I know the Baking Soda may sound a bit strange but it gets rid of the acidic taste in the ketchup making for a much better currtwurst sauce so give it a try),Sorry, this is NOT a recipe. But if you insist, I propose even simpler one – buy yourself ready curry sauce, heat to taste, serve.
