German Potato Salad,This is an oldy but a goody. Got this from my grandmother. Always reminds me of her.,I’ve made German Potato Salad for years but, was curious to compare mine with this highly rated version. My recipe is basically the same with the exception of a more equal addition of vinegar to sugar ratio, depending on your taste preference. No flour in mine and I was surprised to see flour as an ingredient used to thicken a dish that already had the starchy cooked potatoes in it that already provides thickening. Humm.,Cold potato salad has always been a tradition with all my German family members (Bavarian) Warm German potato not so much. I’ve only found several German restaurant warm recipes I liked. This sounds like a good one jawohl! My problem is cooking potatoes correctly on stove top. Any quick easy ways? Thanx! Danka! Have a great weekend.
