So soft in the middle and not overly sweet tasting at all. The only thing I did different was to add a mixture of currents and raisins to make 1 cup.. omitting the nuts. Mine needed the 15 minutes in oven. Super delicious and I will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.,So Good!! I Added coconut flakes & chocolate chips to the recipe!
