Ginger Beef, This is from the Diana Liu cookbook. This one’s for the ginger lovers out there., This was Superb! It was delicious! I didn’t have sherry wine so used 1 T of balsamic vinegar and 1 T of red wine vinegar. I will be making this again and again. I served this with recipe#82896. They really complimented each other. Made for ZWT6., Made this as directed and it was very good, I did marinate about 4 hours and then served over steamed rice with salad on the side and a glass of red wine – YUM! Use a good cut of meat with this as it really comes through, will be making this again and again. Made for ZWT #6

Marinate Meat in Cornstarch, Sherry, Egg White, Sesame Oil, Msg, Soy Sauce and Sugar For 30 Minutes. |
