Ginger Biscuits

    Made a batch of these over the weekend. I found that the ginger flavour didn't come through very strong so will double the ginger quantity next time. Also, the cooking time was far shorter for me, around 15-20 minutes. The biscuits came out very nicely though, light and crunchie!

    Beat Butter and Sugar.

    Add Eggs, Syrup and Bicarb of Soda, Dissolved in Water.

    Roll Into Balls and Place on a Baking Tray.

    Bake For 30 Minutes at 180c.
