1 dash msg (optional can you believe people stiil use this?)
oil (for frying )
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule or 1 cube
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sherry wine
parsley to garnish

    This was lovely. used soup powder instead of the MSG and freshly grated ginger instead of the dried powder. I didn't measure the ginger, just eyeballed it, I know how much we like. I served this up with some red rice and a tall glass of iced ginger ale. Yum!

    Marinate Chicken With Onion, Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Basil, Ginger, Worcestershire & Msg For 1 Hour, Refrigerated.

    Saute Chicken in Oil Until Golden Brown. Remove to Baking Dish.

    in Skillet, Add Remaining Ingredients Except Parsley. Simmer Until It Becomes Thick and Makes a Nice Sauce. Pour Sauce on Chicken Breasts.

    Bake For 1 Hour. 350*. Garnish With Fresh Parsley.
