    Ginger/Garlic Savoy Cabbage, Versatile ginger makes this cabbage dish very tasty. Quick, easy and good, Yummy., Amazing! I bought some Savoy Cabbage, not knowing what I was going to do with it.Bergy, this recipe is a keeper. The cabbage was crisp tender and mild in flavor. The olive oil , garlic and ginger was the perfect dressing combination. I did see that others added red pepper flakes and sesame oill, but I made this as directed and I was definately not disappointed in the finished dish. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

    Heat Wok or Large Skillet Medium High Heat, Wait Until Oil Is Hot.

    Add Cabbage and Stir Fry Until Cabbage Just Starts to Wilt (do nor Overcook).
