    First saw this when mikekey reviewed it for PAC and knew I had to try it the first warm summer day and today was it, perfect drink following a long day of garden work. My two favorite flavors have to be the bite of ginger and the tart of limes - and this has both. I was worried the maple syrup would make it to sweet but not a problem - it was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks Mandi for sharing this great drink - bet it would also be good with a little added rum for company.

    To Make Ginger Juice, Grate Fresh Ginger on the Smallest Holes of a Cheese Grater. Pick Up Dime-Sized Portions of the Shredded Ginger and Squeeze Until You Fill 1 Tablespoon.

    Combine All of the Ingredients Together in a Large Glass, Mix Well and Then Add Ice and Enjoy.
