Ginger Stir Fried Cauliflower With Oyster

Features:
    Cuisine:

Even people who hate cauliflower will love this. I thought that the world was coming to an end when my son got seconds. I didn't have fresh ginger so used ground ginger instead and it still tasted great. I just added the ground ginger when I got to Step 4. used 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in lieu of the lite olive oil so that it would have a more Asian flavor. The sauce is so good that you can use it with a variety of vegetables - preferably vegetables that you can't get your children to normally eat.
