    Gingerbread Pancakes, My family loves these pancakes with the syrup I prefer them with just melted butter Either way, we think they are delish , Fabulous , Very good and not overly sweet, my husband loves them I made them as directed except used 1/4 applesauce instead of an egg I made the syrup with sugar free orange marmalade and sugar free maple syrup I would make these again and thanks for posting!

    In a Small Bowl, Stir Together Flour, Baking Powder, Soda, Salt, Ginger and Cinnamon. Set Aside.

    in Large Bowl, Beat Together Egg and Milk.

    Stir in Molasses, Then Oil.

    Add Flour Mixture and Stir Just Until Combined.

    Pour a Quarter Cup of Batter Per Pancake Onto Griddle.

    Cook on First Side Until Puffed, Full of Bubbles and Dry Looking Around Edges.
