Girl Scout Chocolate Mint Cookies (Copycat),I’ve never been able to tell the difference between this imposter and the real deal. Easy, Easy, Easy!! I actually overheard this recipe at a meeting when I was working as a journalist. I tried it, and it’s a winner! You might be able to get more than 70 cookies out of this recipe.,I read previous reviews before making this. From making this two ways, I learned some lessons the hard way: 2 cups dark chocolate wafers + 2 tsp pepper ment oil worked MUCH better than mint chocolate chips. Don’t put them on a rack after dipping. The cookies stick to the rack and break when you try to remove them. It is far better to put them on wax paper after coating. That way, they’ll have flat bottoms. Colored sprinkles can be applied while the chocolate is still warm, for a pretty finish. I only got 40 cookies from the 2 cups of wafers. used metal tongs for dipping. The cookies are easy to make with the wafers, and are very tasty. I plan to make them again next year.,my daughter is a daisy and she loved making these it blew her little mind
