Glazed Brie, Use it as an appetizer, or a light dessert , No alcohol for me so used apple cider, absolutely wonderfull, I have a feeling will serve this a few times during the holidays, thanks Doc!, I’ve had brie lots of ways, but this is a new receipe for me It sounds absolutly wonderful, cant wait to try it out Thanks so much for sharing with all of us!!!!!!!!

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

Spread Nuts Across the Bottom of an Ungreased Pie Plate. Bake 10-12 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally, Until Toasted. Stir in Liqueur, Brown Sugar and Vanilla. |

Reduce Heat to 325f Slice the Top Layer of Rind Off the Brie. Place the Cheese in a Small, Ungreased Baking Dish and Top With the Nut Syrup. Bake 8-10 Minutes Until Cheese Is Hot and Soft. Serve With Crackers and Slices of Apple and Pear. |
