    Gluhwein (Mulled Wine), This very easy recipe comes from Winemaker magazine I liked it because I had all of the ingredients on hand, it is really fast, and because it warmed me up and helped alleviate the symptoms of the cold I had at the time According to the recipe source, the mixture can be kept warm in a crockpot, or on a coffee warmer (covered) for several hours, and can be successfully reheated the next day (Mine never lasted long enough for me to testify to the above statement ), A perfect balance of flavors Sweet, warm and comforting I will have to keep this in mind the next time I have a head cold!

    Mix Water, Sugar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Wine, and the Juice of the Orange Together in a Heavy Pot.
