Gluten Free Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies,Gluten Free? You might not think so because these even fooled my husband! Chewy, Crunchy or how ever you like them – these are a real treat.,#1 – I haven’t done much GF baking. But here’s how it went for me: the crumbly dough comes together when you get your hands in it to work the chips in and roll it into balls. BUT the cookies came out just short of hockey pucks. Guess its a good thing I like crunchy cookies and these tasted good.,Amazing!!! You can’t even tell that these cookies are gluten free. They are so easy to make. I will be making these for my family often. Thank you so much!
