Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola

    We doubled the recipe and added some leftover baked chicken breasts chopped up. Added a pinch of garlic salt but next time will use garlic powder as was salty enough from cheese. I couldn't get the gorgonzola to incorporate so used my stick blender which helped. Loved how quickly this came together, will make again when in a time crunch. Doubling the recipe made enough for 6 of us to get full off of with the chicken added in.

    Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola,This is a creamy dish. It goes well with the gnocchi. Use as a main course or side dish.     Put Crumbled Gorgazola Into Bowl With Melted Butter and a Pinch of Pepper.

    Blend With a Wooden Spoon Until Creamy.
