Melt Butter in Sauce Pan. Add Onions and Sautee Until Soft. Add Remaining Sauce Ingredients. |

Place Fish in Shallow Baking Dish. Spoon Sauce Over Fillets. Bake For About 15 Minutes, or Until Done. Can Also Grill, Basting With Sauce as Needed. |
