Place 1/2 of Bread Cubes in Greased Baking Dish. Add Shrimp, Mushrooms, and 1/2 Cheese. Top With Remaining Bread and Cheese. Beat Together Eggs and Seasoning; Add Milk and Pour Over All. Let Stand in Refrigerator For One Hour. Bake in Slow Oven 40-45 Minutes or Till Just Set.
