    Melt 1 Tbsp Butter in Saucepan, Add Onion and Garlic, Cook Until Softened.

    Add Rice and Turmeric; Stir to Coat.

    Add Remaining Ingredients,Bring to Boil, Cover and Simmer 17 Minutes.

    Stir in Remaining Butter, Remove Bay Leaf, Serve.
