Good-for-you Pancakes,Eating pancakes is usually not about eating healthily, but these pancakes are high-fibre and still taste delicious!,Keeper recipe! I mixed these up the night before cooking them and made them up for a late breakfast at 10am and they were delicious and filling. I had three pancakes, my hubby had 4 and we each had a couple eggs. We both went on with our busy day filled with lots of physical work. These pancakes lasted us the entire day until we at at 7pm! Talk about staying power! I made the whole batch and plan to freeze the leftovers to have on hand for a quick breakfast. Thanks for sharing the recipe.,These are yummy pancakes. My kids gobbled them up and wanted more.
