1 onion, chopped
1 - 2 garlic clove, minced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped small
2 (10 ounce) cans golden cream of mushroom soup
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2/3 cup uncooked white rice
1 (3 ounce) can french fried onion rings
3/4 cup water
salt and pepper

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Brown Beef, Onion, Garlic and Jalapenos in a Large Skillet and Drain.

    Mix the Beef Mixture, Both Bell Peppers, Both Cans of Soup, Rice, Soy Sauce, and 3/4 Cup of Water, Salt and Pepper. (easy on the Salt the Soy Sauce and Soup Has Plenty) Put Into a Large Casserole Dish and Cover With Foil.

    Bake For 45 Minutes, Remove Dish from Oven and Sprinkle Onion Rings Over the Top. Return to Oven For 15 Minutes.
