This was absolutely delicious. My husband loved it but wanted more meat. Next time I make it I will double the meat and maybe add some sliced carrots. Will definitely go on my rotation. Thanks for the recipe.

Gram’s Chinese Pepper Steak, This is a tasty way to stretch a little meat a long way and is easy to prepare…both important considerations when feeding a large family!, This was absolutely delicious. My husband loved it but wanted more meat. Next time I make it I will double the meat and maybe add some sliced carrots. Will definitely go on my rotation. Thanks for the recipe., I made this using a 15.25 ounce can of beef broth and several little home grown bell peppers in assorted colors, so it may well have been more than the recipe called for. Also, used 6 large stalks of celery, as a whole bunch seemed like too much. The result was delightful served over rice, and will be made again.
