1 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups bread cubes
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sage

    Cook Spinach. Drain, Saving Liquid to Use in Preparing Boxed Stuffing.

    Mix Spinach, Soup, Onion, Butter, Cheese, and Egg. Add Stuffing.

    Place in 1 Quart Casserole and Top With Grated Cheese.

    Bake Uncovered at 350* For 30 - 45 Minutes.

    to Prepare Stuffing from Scratch- Saute Onions and Celery in Skillet With Margarine Until Tender. Toss Together With Remaining Ingredients.
