Grandma Evelyn’s Peanut Butter Bar Cookies,My grandma used to make these for me all the time when I was little…now I make them for my kids. This a wonderful, quick bar cookie that isn’t too sweet!,Delicious! Didn’t change a thing, except put in about 6 oz of chocolate chips because it’s all I had left! It was like a dough when I was done mixing, so I just pressed it into my 11×7 pan evenly. Will make again soon!,We thought these were delicious, but a little more chocolate than peanut butter. Next time I’ll cut the amount of chocolate chips in half. Very hard to stir so hard for kids to make. But good! I’ll make again!
