    Cook Rice. Cook Chicken Breasts and Shread Into Bite-Sized Chuncks. Saute Onions in Butter Until Soft. Add Sour Cream and Soup. Add Salt Pepper and Garlic Powder. Precook Broccoli For a Minute or Two in the Microwave to Soften in Up, but Don't Cook It All the Way. Combine Sauce in Large Bowl With Broccoli, Chicken and Cooked Rice. Mix in 1 Cup of Crushed Potato Chips. Transfer Misture to a Buttered 9x13 Casserole Dish. Bake For 30 Minutes at 375 Degrees. Pull Casserole Out and Sprinkle With Remaining Potato Chips and Cheddar Cheese. Bake For Another 5-10 Minutes Until Cheese Is Melted. Let Stand 5 Minutes Before Serving.
