I Put the Avocados in the Lime Juice For a Few Minutes to Preserve Color. About 2 Limes Make Enough Juice. Drain and Rinse the Black Beans. Drain the Corn. Allow to Sit to Blend Flavors. (used Plain White Corn. I Couldnt Find Shoepeg, Whatever That Is).

This Makes a Lot but It Lasts Several Days in the Fridge. (i'm Told. Mine Has Never Lasted More Than 12 Hours Without Being Devoured. --Livi).
