Grandma’s Chocolate Syrup Brownies, When my grandmother brings these to any sort of family function, they are gone before you know it! Special requests are always made for these brownies , One of my families favorites! I do bake about 10 minutes longer than this recipe calls for but we love the cakey brownies and fudge icing Anytime I bring this dish for family, office or church event there is never a crumb left , Too sweet and Cakey You do need to cook them longer Perhaps I would add Dutch cocoa powder, instant espresso or a cream cheese marbeling Sickly sweet blah cowardly washed out chocolate without the fudgy hit I crave in a brownie Threw the whole pan in the garbage

Remove from Heat and Add L/2 Cup Chocolate Chips. |

Stir Until Thick, Then Quickly Spread Over Brownies (when Brownies Are Cool). This Frosting Thickens Quickly. |
