Grandma’s Swedish Thin Pancakes, This is my 3rd generation Swede husband’s grandmother’s recipe She came to America as a young woman It is my husband’s specialty and a family favorite , DH doesn’t care for thick breakfast pancakes, so this recipe was a winner! Was able to make 8 pancakes in my 5 fry pan using cup measure and #5 on the burner dial Looking forward to making again in a larger pan for savoury crepes Thanks for sharing! (Had to mix cream and water as didn’t have any milk – worked perfectly ), I made 3 batches, used whole milk on 2 batches and 2/3 cup plain yogurt on the third batch Success! Thank you for sharing
