Grandmother’s Gingersnaps, Recipe passed down from my husband’s grandmother, These are the best gingersnap cookies I’ve ever had, These were a big hit at a jewelry party I went to I served them with recipe#25730 (delicious) I only had egg substitute on hand so used that and they turned out great! I also added fresh ground pepper about 12 small grinds Chilled for a bit, rolled out thin (didn’t want soft), used a small round cookie cutter and sprinkled tops with sugar I baked about 8-9 min Perfect Thanks
