Menudo,Taste nice and this is my Grandmother recipe,yeah this isn’t a menudo… it seems more like a mexican goulash.,this is ok but i would have called it a Pozole . to me a menudo is a little different , but thats my onw perseonel oppion and not ment to upset anyone else
