Granny’s Banana Cream Pie,So delicious !!,I went with this recipe in hopes that it would hold its shape better then other recipes I have used. It does very well. Bringing the pudding mix to boil takes a long time but make sure you do and then cook it the additional 2 minutes like the recipe says. used whole milk since that is what my other recipe listed. I didn’t use all 3 bananas but that was my preference to cut them thin. I did not have a lot of extra filling as some people have stated but used deep dish crusts and the amount was perfect.,I was so looking forward to this pie. I’m not sure what it was, but something was missing. I liked the pudding, but when I added it all together, it just didn’t taste as delicious as the reviews stated it would be.
