Granny’s Hamburger Casserole, This is a recipe from my husbands granny I’m not sure where it originated, but I know it is one of our family favorites! I have substituted low fat cheddar cheese before, and my family never could tell the difference , I made this on Friday night – had some leeks in the fridge so used 1 leek and an onion Thought it looked a bit dry so doubled the soup/water Really tasty – will definitely do this again Compliments from DH and I loved it Thanks a lot for posting , I made this hotdish for our church supper and it was great My husband does not like anything with cheese in but he tried this and liked it
