Grapefruit And Avocado Salad

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is remarkably similar to Alice Waters' salad from her fruit cookbook, and I absolutely love it! The main differences are it uses champagne vinegar instead of the lime, specifies 2 tablespoons of the grapefruit juice go into the dressing, and you marinate the onions in the dressing first. I have even used regular onions as well. I have not tried it with the almonds, but that sounds like it would be really good too, These flavors sing together!
