Great Nana’s Zucchini Appetizers, From my daughter’s great grandmother She used to work in a school cafeteria, and this was a big hit with the teachers These are a great brunch snack , I’ve been making this for years and everyone loves it I usually use fresh minced garlic instead of the powder, but that’s the only change I make This is simply delicious I’ve also switched up the zucchini with broccoli or cauliflower and it was great Very versatile recipe and EASY!, I loved this recipe and got rave reviews when I made it! The only change I made was that used Pamela’s Gluten-Free Baking Mix instead of Bisquick, cup for cup Everything else remained the same, and I wouldn’t change a thing Children as well as adults devoured this Thanks for such a delicious and easy recipe!
