Greek Hamburgers, This recipe is one that I have adopted. The review from SusieD stated the wine was a bit over powering so I substituted beef broth. This worked out nicely also., Delicious! The cumin and oregano gave the burgers a wonderful flavor that was a nice change from a regular burger. used the beef broth option and grilled them on the barbecue. Next time, I think I might add some dry bread crumbs to stiffen up the meat mixture. The burgers were very soft and I had a hard time keeping them together.
