Greek Lemon Chicken Soup,Oh so simple soup, great way to use up leftover chicken or get a ready cooked on in the grocery store. Has a light, lemony flavor. Posted for the Zaar World Tour 2005 to Greece.,I found it too salty…..I went back to me regular recipe of making my own broth and making it with eggs as I have always done. Sorry, but the recipe falls short of the real things.,What type of rice? Thanks
