AFTER 10 YEARS OF SEARCHING for the perfect greek salad dressing recipe, i have found it! thank you so much. everytime i serve this for a crowd, its gone missing and so many compliments. i do however adjust it ever so slightly. in the summer if i have fresh herbs on hand in the garden, i add a tiny bit of oregano, parsley and dill. as well as what the dressing calls for. if not, no worries, still the best weve had! better than resturants. i do up the salt tho, 1/2 tsp or so to taste! ......seriously thank you!!!!!!!! <3

Greek Salad Dressing,A delicious dressing served over Greek Salad or over pasta. A very versatile dressing! A good marinade, too. Dressing is meant to be a little tart with a good olive oil flavor.,AFTER 10 YEARS OF SEARCHING for the perfect greek salad dressing recipe, i have found it! thank you so much. everytime i serve this for a crowd, its gone missing and so many compliments. i do however adjust it ever so slightly. in the summer if i have fresh herbs on hand in the garden, i add a tiny bit of oregano, parsley and dill. as well as what the dressing calls for. if not, no worries, still the best weve had! better than resturants. i do up the salt tho, 1/2 tsp or so to taste! ……seriously thank you!!!!!!!! <3,I substituted the olive oil for grape seed oil and the red wine vinegar with balsamic vinegar, added about 1/3 tsp of garlic powder and I also used an immersion blender to thoroughly mix the ingredients. I found the grape seed oil was less bitter than the olive oil and had a better overall flavour. Using the immersion blender made the dressing nice and thick which seemed to intensify the flavour as well. Thanks for the recipe.
