    Brown Beef and Drain.

    Combine All Ingredients and Half the Fried Onions in Mixing Bowl Until Well Blended.

    Transfer Mixture to Casserole Dish(9 X 9 Square or Oval Works Best).

    Bake in 375 Degree Oven For 20 Minutes.

    Sprinkle Remaining Fried Onions on Top and Bake Additional 10 Minutes or Until Onions Are Browned.
