I toasted the pine nuts but, otherwise followed the recipe as written. Love, love, love, this refreshing, lemony, beautiful, salad. One can even grab a crusty bread and have this as a main dish. Thank you for sharing., Delicious … It was a favorite at the holiday party. This only difference was used toasted almond slivers instead of pine nuts because that is what I had on hand.
