Green Beans-Canning-Raw Pack,Posted by request.,I am canning for the 1st time this year. I followed the canning 101 video for green beans. After pressure cooking and taking them out of the pan,I hsve been canning green beans for several years now in a pressure canner. Tonight i had 4 jar lids buckle up on me and dont know why. Any ideas?
