Grilled Angel Food Cake With Fresh Fruit Salsa

Features:
    Cuisine:

Great recipe, Toasting/grilling the cake makes it so much better. I have also cubed and toasted angel food cake in a low oven and that crisps it up like a crouton and then I layer it in a parfait glass with fruit, even yogurt or ice cream etc. Pretty dessert.
