    Thank you Chia! I knew this would be a winner! Grilled it on a grill mat which collected the fat from the skin turning the grill into a fire pit, won't do that again thank goodness I am seasoned. Medium rare, kids enjoyed it, as did I. Since I have more breasts in the freezer, I will add pepper, ginger, garlic and onion powder to the rub. Might as well go full blown asian with that twang. Hot asian chili flakes or paste to the sauce for the adults for the loving zing we crave. You are a Genius!
