Scoop the Half of the Avocado Out Into a Mixing Bowl; Add the Jalapeno Pepper, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Salt, and Pepper. With a Fork, Mash All the Ingredients Into a Guacamole. Once the Pepper Skins Are Loose, Peel and Discard Skins. |
