Grilled Beer Chicken, This chicken is fantastic! I have an indoor grill that use in the winter season, and I make this chicken quite often don’t forget to marinade the chicken before grilling, as it won’t have the same flavour Note: prep time, does not include marinating the chicken , This turned out really moist and the flavor was excellent We used Pacifico beer I cut the marinade and in 1/2 and only used 3 chicken breasts because there are only 2 of us , As others have mentioned the butter separates as soon as it hits the cool liquids which is to be expected I would recommend oil or Parkay if you want the butter flavor I would recommend separating the marinade and use less lemon in the portion you put the chicken in then use more lemon in the portion you use to baste the chicken as it cooks
