Grilled Blackened Sea Bass

    I didn't have skin on, so used a fish basket. I thought the ratios were spot on, but I only used about half of the seasoning on 1lb filet and it seemed plenty. I turned mine about 5-6 minutes for a cut that was about 1.5 inches thick and it was absolutely perfect. Gas grill. Absolute perfection.

    Preheat Barbecue Grill.

    Combine All Seasonings in Small Bowl and Mix Well.

    Melt Butter in Small Saucepan Over Medium Heat and Pour Into Pie Plate.

    Dip Sea Bass Into Melted Butter, Evenly Coating Both Sides.

    Sprinkle Both Sides of Sea Bass With Seasoning Mixture.

    Place on Grill and Cook Covered For Approximately 6 to 8 Minutes or Until It Is Blackened and Flakes Easily.
