Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops or Chicken,This was really tasty! I did change the apple sauce to Chix Broth because we tend not to like it too sweet. It was great. :),Made this with chicken which I cut into nugget sizes. Very well received by the kids, so this will be made often at our home. Thank you for posting.

In a Small Saucepan Combine Brown Sugar, Apple Juice, Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper and Cayenne (if Using); Bring to a Boil Over Medium-Low Heat Stirring Until Sugar Is Completely Dissolved (about 4 Minutes) and the Mixture Is at a Light Simmer. |

in a Small Cup Mix Together 1/4 Cup Water and Cornstarch; Add to the Mixture and Whisk Over Low Heat Until Thickened; Remove from Heat and Cool Completely (at This Point It May Be Refrigerated). |

Brush Liberally With the Sauce on Both Sides; Cover Meat and Chill For 6 Hours or Up to 24 Hours, Refrigerate the Remaining Sauce to Baste the Meat With Later. |
