    Southwestern Grilled Catfish,An easy spicy grilled catfish.,The south doesn’t grill catfish, it’s unsightly.,My husband loved it! I have to admit, I didnt measure all of the ingredients. I slapped the catfish filet on a plate and sprinkled a little bit on each side until things looked good. It was a little hot for my husbands taste, but I couldve been a little heavy handed with cayenne pepper. I would not add any oil to this. Its a perfect dry rub! He raved and raved about how good this was.
