Grilled Chicken Breast With Barbecue Glaze,A delicious way to cook chicken and quite low fat as well! Prep time doesn’t include marinating.,The “KILLER” to this recipe is the cooking time. The recpe states five minutes to cook on each side. If you eat raw chicken ( does not matter if its marinated this is still a huge whole breast!) Chicken needs to be cooked at 400 degrees to kill any parisites and disease. I am going to marrinage this and then clook in the over on 400 covered for 30 minutes, and on broil for 3- 5 on low broil. NEVER UNDERCOOK CHICKEN OR PORK,Is the nutritional information correct for this recipe? Doesn’t seem right to me.
