Grilled Chicken Wings With Frank’s Red Hot Sauce,These wings are ah-maze-ing. I’ve made these twice w/ fab results… used Louisiana Hot Sauce b/c that’s my fav brand and whatever random italian dressing I had on hand (light, balsamic, etc.). My hubs found that they come out best when grilled to just done, then baked for ~20 mins at 400 degrees to really get crispy skin w/ all the fat cooked out. YUMMMMMM. Love these.,Oh…we enjoyed these tasty wings! I love meals that are this easy!!! I cut the recipe in half, as I was only cooking for 2 and that was the amount of hot sauce I had left! I marinated them overnight, just for the convenience of it. I don’t see why these couldn’t be put in the freezer for a later date (OMAC)! Instead of BBQ-ing the wings I cooked them at 425 for 30 minutes and putting them on Broil for the last 4 – 5 minutes. As I have 2 packages of wings waiting in the freezer to use, I will be sure to do these again! Kudos on a great find!!!
